On June 17, Clarivate launched the set of metrics for Journal Citation Report (JCR), based on data from 2025. The JCR is a report on the impact of journal citations at a given point in time, when a snapshot of the data available in Web of Science is taken and the figures are calculated.
In addition, the bibliometric indicator was published on June 3 CiteScore 2025, now available in the Scopus database.
And on April 15, the SCImago Journal & Country Rank 2025. This ranking is based on journals indexed in the SCOPUS database (Elsevier) since 1996. This update incorporates the new SJR values, quartiles, and other bibliometric metrics for scientific journals indexed in Scopus, while maintaining the calculation methodology based on the prestige of the citations received.
