Use of the Facilities
UPV libraries are open to the public, except on weekends, holidays, and during exam periods, when access is restricted to the UPV community.
You can find the latest information at the calendars libraries.
If you are not a UPV student and would like to come to the library to study on weekends or holidays, you can request a temporary pass* through PoliSolicita.
*During exam periods, you cannot access the libraries with this authorization.
How to Apply for Authorization
1. Create your account on UPV Contact
If you do not have a UPV account, you will need to create a new one in order to complete the application.
2. Fill out the form with all the information
It is essential that you provide us with all of this information so that we can process your request.
Personal information: ID number, foreign resident ID number, or passport number; full name; nationality; and date of birth.
Contact information: cell phone number and email address.
Access information: Library for which you are requesting access (Gandía or Central Vera), the time period during which you wish to visit, and the reason for your request.
