Laptop loan
Exclusive service for UPV undergraduate, master or doctoral students.
If you need a laptop for your studies, follow these steps:
How to apply
1. Fill in the form
This is the step where you confirm that you know how the loan works and what happens if the laptop is damaged or lost.
You will only have to do it once per academic year.
Reserve your laptop
Search for the model you are interested in at PoliBuscador, then log in and make your reservation.
When the laptop is ready, you will receive an email notification to come and pick it up.
3. Pick it up at your library
You will have 2 days to come and pick it up.
The loan lasts 7 days and is automatically renewed for a maximum of one month if there are no reservations or penalties.

Central Library: monday to friday, 8:00-20:30
Library of Alcoi: monday to friday, 8:00-20:00

To find them in PoliBuscador, type ordenador portátil and select Bibliotecas UPV.
Installed programs
The laptops have the Office package and Acrobat Reader installed.
Access to the rest of the programs is available through PoliLabs.
For safety, new programs cannot be installed.
Rules and advice
The loan and return must be made in person.
Penalty for delay: 4 days penalty for each day of delay.
Loss or damage: you must assume the cost of repair or replacement of the laptop.
Save your files in the cloud or on a flash drive: laptops are restored upon return.
