Starting May 27, 2026, group study rooms will be bookable exclusively through the MiUPV app.
How to book?
- Open the app and go to Menu > Biblioteca > Cabinas, then tap the + icon
- Select the box of Cabinas Bib. Agro.
- Enter your booking details:
- Date: up to 3 days in advance.
- Time: In 30-minute slots (consecutive or separate), up to a maximum of 4 hours per day.
- Number of people.
- Screen usage: toggle this on if you need to use the room’s display.
Once booked …
- Go directly to your reserved room.
- Open the app and go to: Carnet > Apertura de puertas.
- Hold your phone close to the electronic lock to open the door.
- Need any supplies? We can lend you markers, erasers, HDMI cables, etc., at the counter.

- Cancellations: If you cannot make it, please cancel your booking so others can use the room
- 10-Minute Rule: You must occupy the room within the first 10 minutes of your reservation start time; otherwise, your booking may be cancelled..
