The UPV Strengthens Its International Presence at EAIE Glasgow 2026

From 8 to 11 September, a delegation from the Universitat Politècnica de València has participated in EAIE Glasgow 2026, one of the leading annual events in international higher education.

The delegation has comprised Francisco Gómez (Head of the Internationalisation Service), Amparo Baviera (Vice-Dean for International Relations at the Faculty of Business Administration and Management — FADE), Marta Caballero (Coordinator of Exchange Programmes Outside Europe) and Gisel Sanahuja (Head of the Mobility Section).

Throughout the conference, the delegation has held meetings with prestigious higher education institutions from Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, China, Uruguay, Argentina, the United Kingdom and Croatia, among many other countries and regions.

The delegation has also participated in meetings organised by Santander Group – Universities and the Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education (SEPIE).

The aim has been to strengthen relationships with our partners within and beyond Europe, while establishing new high-quality agreements and alliances that will provide the UPV community with a wider range of exchanges and internationalisation opportunities.

The delegation has returned to UPV with new projects and challenges, delighted to have met so many partners and future collaborators under one roof in the wonderful city of Glasgow. See you in Lisbon in 2027!
