The Spanish Nuclear Society announces the tenth edition of the SNE Award for Doctoral Theses
Eligible for the award are doctoral theses whose contents are related to nuclear science and / or technology, which have been presented in Spanish universities or by Spanish citizens in foreign universities in countries represented in the European Nuclear Society (ENS) that have been defended and obtained the corresponding qualification, within the year 2023.
The prize is 2,000 euros. The winning work will be eligible for the Prize for the best Doctoral Thesis awarded by the European Nuclear Society (ENS), in case it is called again.
The author will also be able to present his or her work as a paper at the SNE Annual Meeting to be held in 2024.
In all these cases, travel and accommodation expenses related to the presentations will be covered, as well as the registration fee for the Annual Meeting.
The documentation indicated in the terms and conditions of the call for applications must be submitted to the following e-mail address comision.tecnica@sne.es no later than February 2, 2024.
The decision will be made public before the end of March 2024.
