The general deadline to apply for a place to do a Ph. opens from June 15, 2023 to October 15, 2023.
Programs with vacancies may open a second application period between November 16, 2023 and March 31, 2024.
Once it has been verified that you have included all the required documentation and that you meet the access requirements, the Academic Committee of the doctoral program of your choice, which may decide:
- Admit your application
- Admit your application with training complements
- Decline your request
You will receive an email notification informing you of the outcome of your application review. You can also check the status of your application from this link.
If you have been admitted in a doctoral program, you can enroll immediately to start the development of your thesis. You can also wait to enroll if you are waiting to obtain your visa to come to Spain, or to receive confirmation of a pre-doctoral grant, or any other similar matter. If this is your case, your admission will still be valid for registration at any time during this academic year or the next. You will only have to contact us by email to reactivate it.
