Erasmus Week for staff from other universities (ESW)
The Universidad Politènica de València organizes a welcome week for staff from ESW partner universities within the Erasmus+ STT program.
This week’s objective is to receive non-teaching staff of partner institutions interested in visiting our campus to exchange their experiences with UPV staff, in order to support the acquisition of skills and enhance personal and professional development in the form of training actions (except conferences) and learning by observation or on-the-job training.
To this end, we will seek to increase awareness and understanding of our culture and our country, offering the opportunity to build international networks, increasing the capabilities, attractiveness and international dimension of the participating institutions, reinforcing synergies and transitions between formal and non-formal education, vocational training, employment and entrepreneurship.

(Job Shadowing)
As non-teaching staff and under a collaboration agreement between our two institutions, you may have the opportunity to come to the UPV to spend several days working with our staff in different places.
At UPV, we will select candidates depending on their profile, the requested dates to come here and our staff availability. With this information, we will organize the job shadowing.
