Formalities upon arrival

When you arrive at the UPV, you have to make sure you have everything ready to start classes in the best way possible;

1. Course enrollment: You must be aware of the course enrollment process. From the AIRE platform you can see the progress of the enrollment of subjects. If after your arrival you want to request a change in the enrollment, you can do it in the first days of class as long as your school allows you to do so. As subjects are enrolled, you will be able to see them in My UPV App and Poliformat. 
2. Arrival documentation: If you need any signature on documents or certificates of your exchange, you must request them in the international office of your host school at the UPV;
3. Make sure you have access to My UPV App, Poliformat and know the schedule and location of your classes;
4. Update in AIRE the contact details of your residence in Valencia
