Institutional welcome for exchange students from any School or Faculty (Valencia campus)

- Welcome speech by the Vice Rector for Internationalization
- Information and advice from the Local Police of Valencia
- ESN Valencia UPV Student Volunteers Association (Erasmus Student Network)
- Information on: educational system, enrollment, health system, emergencies, computer resources, university services).
| The capacity of the auditorium is a maximum of 350 people. We recommend that you come at least 15 minutes in advance. Once the maximum capacity of the room has been reached, it will not be possible to enter, but you will be able to watch the talk online or view the recording. |

Specific meetings scheduled by Schools and Faculties
Some (but not all) Schools and Faculties organize a second meeting specifically for their exchange students.
The information at these meetings is complementary to the institutional welcome. The information is oriented more towards academic information specific to that School or Faculty. If your university asks you for a certificate of arrival signed by the UPV, this is the best time to bring it (on paper) and ask them to sign it.
If your School or Faculty at the UPV organizes a second meeting, you will be informed of the date and time by email.
