Erasmus STT Erasmus Application Instructions
- Read the call for applications. There are restrictions to take into account.
- Make the application in AIRE. And write down your file number.
- Download all documents (see instructions tab)
- Fill in the 4 START documents:
Application for permits and licenses:
You should note theNUMBER OF NUMBER in the box above, fill in completely all the items and besigned digitally
Mobility agreement:
Digitally signed (or manually signed if there is no other possibility)between RRII of both institutions and the beneficiary
3. Erasmus+ grant agreement:
You must fill in only the personal data and the dates of stay including the days of travel. It is not signed.
4. Travel insurance:
Accident, repatriation and civil liability insurance. It should be requested to the company by email according to their instructions, or inform if you have a personal one, attaching the policy number and coverage.
These documents, once completed and signed, will be sent to the following address together and in ZIP compressed file aI Internationalization Service, a the direction ofemail: ifvidal@upv.es,at least 15 days in advance The application must be sent to the Vice-rectorate of Internationalization and Communication for its acceptance.
** IMPORTANT ( ONLY FOR PTGAS): OBTAINING PERMISSION FROM HR** ( once the application is received and signed by the Vice Rector )
A new leave has been created in the employee portal called “Erasmus STT PTGAS Stay”.
From this moment on, the authorization by the PTGAS Management Service, The interested party (not the Internationalization Service) will request it through the employee portal.following the indications below:
- Select the dates of your stay
- In the observations section: Indicate the University where the stay is being carried out
- Attach the application/resolution with the corresponding signatures (Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Communication, Person in charge of the interested person and Person concerned), a document provided by the Internationalization Service.
Documents are not uploaded to AIRE. It will be done ex officio by the Internationalization Service. ERAMUS+ STAFF STAYSNOT GOING FOR GEA.

For the return trip
The return documents must be submitted to the Internationalization Service.personally and in ORIGINAL
The documents are:
Certificate of stay, signed and stamped in original or digitally at destination on the last working day of the stay.
2. Settlement sheet ONLY with the header data and theelectronic signature applicant’s name WITHOUT FILLING IN ECONOMIC DATA
3. Airplane or train boarding passes or signed declaration of the use of the private car. With proof of the amount or invoice in the applicant’s name.
4. Invoice of Hotel, apartment, etc. in the applicant’s name.
5. Other transportation tickets.
Per diems are not justified.
