How to apply
Access the online platform and formalize your exchange application.
Before you start your application, you have to be nominated by your home institution.
Application steps:
1- Request login credentials on the “Online application platform (AIRE)”. At least one week before the deadline.
2- Login credentials will be sent to nominated students after we confirm that we have a valid nomination. This process will take a few days.
We can only approve requests for login credentials starting on April 1st (for arrival in September)
or September 1st (for arrival in February), when our application period is open.
Application Deadlines (for applicants):
For our first semester (September-January) or full academic year (September-July);
– From April 1st to May 15th;
For our second semester (February-July)
– From September 1st to October 15th;

During the online application process, you will have to upload the following:
- Transcript of records (list of all courses and credits completed since you started higher education).
- Language Certificates (as described on our website Incoming language requirements | SIN | UPV)
- Application form signed by your home institution coordinator
(You can only download this PDF file from our application website after you confirm your online application; this will block editing, but not impede uploading attachments) - Motivation letter
- (Depending on your host UPV School or Faculty): sometimes additional documents, like a portfolio or a signed disclaimer.
