How to apply

Access the online platform and formalize your exchange application.

Before you start your application, you have to be nominated by your home institution.

Application steps:

1- Request login credentials on the “Online application platform (AIRE)”. At least one week before the deadline.

2- Login credentials will be sent to nominated students after we confirm that we have a valid nomination. This process will take a few days.

Application Deadlines (for applicants): 

For our first semester (September-January) or full academic year (September-July);

– From April 1^st to May 15^th;

For our second semester (February-July) 

– From September 1^st to October 15^th;

During the online application process you will have to upload the following:

• Copy of your transcript of records
• Language Certificates
• Application form signed by your home institution coordinator
  (you can only download this PDF file from our application website after you confirm your online application; this will block editing, but not impede uploading attachments)
• Motivation letter
• (Depending on your host UPV School or Faculty): additional documents, like a portfolio or a signed disclaimer.
