Article 5. Part-time dedication regime.
1. Part-time students will have their annual enrollment limited to a maximum of 40 and a minimum of 18 ECTS credits.
2. The part-time dedication regime must be justified on an annual basis, with the reasons for justification being, among others, those related to work activity, high-level sports practice, special educational needs, family responsibilities, student representation work, participation in Spontaneous Generation groups, economic issues, simultaneousness with other studies or any other type of study, student representation work, participation in Spontaneous Generation groups, economic issues, simultaneousness with other studies or any other similar considerations that make it difficult to dedicate oneself exclusively to full-time study.
PROCEDIMENT
The student will apply for part-time enrollment from his or herintranet in the section Virtual Secretary/Applications/Application for part-time enrollmentThe applicant must attach scanned documentation that accredits the reasons for his or her application.
Documentation to be provided:
- For labor activity: Certificate from the company specifying the dates of the duration of the employment contract and the working hours, employment contract and report of the working life.
- High level sports practice: Photocopy of the Resolution of the BOE and DOCV (Official Gazette of the Valencian Community) stating the appointment.
- Special educational needs, family responsibilities, student representation work, participation in Spontaneous Generation groups, economic issues, simultaneity with other studies or any other of similar consideration that hinder the exclusive dedication to full-time study: Certificate issued by the competent authority attesting to this condition or other type of supporting documentation.

Article 13. Monitoring of teaching activities.
8. In order to facilitate the monitoring of face-to-face teaching activities, students who wish to do so may request a change of group, in one or more subjects, using the form provided for this purpose on the intranet. This application must include the reasons for the request and can be made during the period established by the Structure Responsible for the Degree. The Structure Responsible for the Degree will resolve the application using objective criteria that will be made public. The resolution period will be of six working days from the end of the application period.
PROCEDIMENT
In your application you will have to add the reasons for your request and in the cases where it is possible, you will have to attach the supporting documentation of the alleged reasons.
You have an explanatory document to make the application, you can apply for different options using the blocks.
It is not necessary to provide originals of the documentation presented, unless expressly requested by the center of studies.

TERMINIS
Semester A and annual subjects of Graus and Doble Grau ADE+INF:
- First term: from July 22 to September 2, 2025.
- Second term: From September 9 to 10, 2025
Assignatures of the B semester of Graus:
- First term: from January 19 to 26, 2026
- Second term: February 2 to 3, 2026
At the end of the term, the Directorate of Studies reviews the applications and the Academic Committee of the Degree (CAT) resolves them before the second term. The application will be resolved according to the order of enrollment and duly justified reasons, provided that there are places available.
We will communicate the resolution with an email.

- Official withdrawal: If the student does not submit this application within the established deadline or if, once submitted, the application is rejected, he/she will be officially withdrawn for one academic year from the studies he/she was enrolled in at the time of enrollment.July 16, 2026.

REINGRÉS
APPLICATIONS FOR REINSTATEMENT IN THE DEGREE PROGRAM
By disengagement
Students who have been withdrawn from a degree may request the Permanence and Curriculum Evaluation Committee to re-enroll in the same studies after one academic year of withdrawal.

Ordinary Reinstatement
Students with ETSINF undergraduate degrees that have not been completed, who wish to continue their studies in the following academic year.

DISPENSATION FROM ATTENDANCE
DISPENSATION FROM ATTENDANCE
Waiver requests may be requested when, for exceptional reasons, it is not possible to attend to the normal follow-up of face-to-face activities in periods ofmore than 14 school days.For periods of less than 14 school days, the dispensation will not be requested, the student must present his/her case directly to the professor responsible for the course.
In no case will waivers be approved retroactively. The dispensation is applied from the moment the application is submitted.
DOCUMENTATION TO BE PROVIDED:
- Labor activity: the application will include the employment report and employment contract which includes the working hours and the period of employment.(Company internships are not accepted as a reason).
- Family situation: the supporting documentation (family record book, etc.) will be requested.
- Sports activity: the BOE or DOGV will be published where the student is included in the case of elite athletes.
- Malaltia: the supporting medical certificates will be provided.
- Student Representation: certificate issued by the Vicerectorat d’Estudiants i Emprenedoria.
- Altres: difficulties or impossibility of attendance, supervening cause, etc.
