PRE-ENROLLMENT AND ADMISSION TO UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS:
Period(s) to be determined by the Regional Ministry of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment Estimated date: June 15 to July 3, 2026.
Students coming from foreign educational systems: Estimated dates: June 16 to July 4, 2026 and July 15 to July 31, 2026.
DOUBLE DEGREE DROPOUT REQUESTS
For double degree students who want to leave this pathway and continue their studies in one of the two degrees that make up the degree.
DEADLINES
- Submission of applications: From June 29 to July 6, 2026 by Polyconsult
- Resolution and notification: untilJuly 10, 2026.
RE-ENTRY INTO THE DEGREE PROGRAM – BACHELOR’S AND MASTER’S DEGREES
1) DUE TO TERMINATION
Students who have been withdrawn from a degree may request the Permanence and Curriculum Evaluation Committee for reinstatement in the same studies after one academic year of withdrawal.
Regulations: Art. 11 of the Progression and Permanence Regulations
DEADLINES
- Submission of applications: fromJune 1 to June 30, 2026.
Through Intranet / Virtual Secretary / Applications / Re-entry application related to non-compliance with permanence regulations
- Resolution and notification:until July 10, 2026.
In the event that the application for reinstatement has been denied, the interested party may not submit a new application until another academic year has elapsed.
2) ORDINARY REINSTATEMENT
Students with unfinished ETSINF undergraduate degrees who wish to resume their studies in the following academic year.
