SEMESTER A AND ANNUAL GROUP CHANGES
The deadlines for bachelor’s and dual-degree programs for courses in Semester A and annual courses in the Business Administration and Information Technology (ADE+INF) bachelor’s and dual-degree programs are as follows:
- First installment:
- Applications: July 22 through September 2, 2026.
- Resolution: through September 8, 2026.
- Second deadline:
- Applications: September 9–10, 2026.
- Resolution: through September 15, 2026.
EXEMPTION FROM CLASS ATTENDANCE

- BACHELOR’S AND MASTER’S DEGREES:
- Semester A: September 1–22, 2026.
For well-founded reasons, requests may be submitted throughout the semester.

FINAL PROJECT DEFENSE, 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR – SEPTEMBER 2026 SESSION
- Deadline to request the defense and upload the thesis, Turnitin report, and ID to EBRON…: by 2:00 p.m. on September 7, 2026.
MASTER’S THESIS DEFENSE, 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR – SEPTEMBER 2026 CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
- Deadline for submitting the thesis and requesting the defense: by 2:00 p.m. on September 9, 2026.
PHASE 3 PRE-REGISTRATION FOR MASTER’S PROGRAMS
- PHASE 3. During this phase, the pre-registration period opens only for master’s programs with available spots.
- Application submission: two separate periods—from July 31 to August 7 and from August 24 to September 4, 2026.
- Deadline for consideration of academic requirements: September 7, 2026.
