ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES JULY 2026

The ETSINF Secretariat and the Polytechnic University of Valencia will set different deadlines during the month of JULY 2026 for the following administrative procedures:

ADAPTATION TO UNDERGRADUATE AND MASTER’S PROGRAMS

Intended for students enrolled in programs that have been discontinued or in bachelor’s degree programs with modified curricula or that are being phased out.

  • Submission of applications: June 29 through July 3, 2026. You must apply for the Degree Adaptation through Policonsulta
  • Decision and notification: Through July 17, 2026. More information

UNDERGRADUATE AND MASTER’S PROGRAM REGISTRATION

DEGREE

  • NEW STUDENTS:
    • Admitted during the pre-registration period: July 14 and 15, 2026. You can access Automatrícula from the date and time of your appointment until 11:59 p.m. on July 15.
    • Admitted through the Continuing Education Program: July 27, 2026.
  • RETURNING STUDENTS: General deadline: July 16–20, 2026.
    • Students who have been authorized to re-enroll in the degree program: July 27, 2026.
    • Students who request an exemption from the academic standing requirements and are granted enrollment authorization: Effective July 27, 2026.

MASTER’S DEGREE

PHASE 2

  • New students admitted in Phase 2 to the MUIINF, MUCC, and MUHD master’s programs: July 23 and 24, 2026.
  • Enrollment of students on the waiting list and those admitted through the placement process: July 28, 2026 (from 9:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.)

PHASE 3

  • New students admitted in Phase 3 to the MUIINF, MUCC, and MUHD master’s programs: September 14 and 15, 2026.
  • Enrollment of students on the waiting list and those admitted through the placement process: September 17, 2026 (from 9:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.)

PART-TIME ENROLLMENT IN UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

  • DEGREES AND DOUBLE DEGREES

MASTER’S DEGREE

Newly Enrolled Students (PHASE 3): from July 31 to August 7, 2026, and from August 24 to September 4, 2026.

PROCEDURE

Students will apply for part-time enrollment through the intranet in the section Virtual Office/Applications/Application for Part-Time Enrollment Status, attaching scanned copies of the documentation supporting the reasons for your request. More information

SPECIAL EVALUATION SESSION

Exclusively for students who meet the requirements set forth in the governing regulations. During all semesters, students may request special assessment opportunities for first-semester, second-semester, and year-long courses. More Information

APPLICATIONS TO REMAIN IN THE DEGREE PROGRAM

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS BY UNDERGRADUATE AND MASTER’S STUDENTS

General deadline: July 14–15, 2026.

AUTOMATIC DISASSOCIATION

Dismissal of students who do not submit an application to continue their studies by the established deadline: July 16, 2026.

DECISION AND NOTIFICATION

General deadline: July 24, 2026.

REQUESTS FOR EXEMPTION FROM PROGRESS REQUIREMENTS

SUBMISSION OF STUDENT APPLICATIONS:

DEGREE

First semester:

  • Deadline for returning students: July 21–23, 2026.
  • Deadline for new students: July 16 and 17, 2026.

Students admitted and/or enrolled after these dates must submit their application by the deadline set by their school, preferably within two business days of enrollment.

Students will complete their registration in accordance with the academic progress requirements set forth in the regulations. If their request for an exemption from the academic progress requirements is approved, they may modify their registration following the decision.

Second semester: General deadline: February 1–3, 2027.

MASTER’S DEGREE

First semester:

  • Deadline for new students: July 27 and 28, 2026.
  • Deadline for returning students: July 29–30, 2026.

Students admitted and/or enrolled before or after these dates must submit their application by the deadline set by their institution, preferably within two business days of enrollment.

Newly admitted students will complete their registration in accordance with the academic progress requirements set forth in the regulations. If their request for an exemption from the academic progress requirements is approved, they may modify their registration after the decision is issued.

Second semester:

PROBLEMS WITH REGISTRATION FOR MAJOR-SPECIFIC COURSES

If, when you go to register for the 2026/2026 academic year, you find that there are no spots left in any courses in the track you are currently enrolled in for the 2024/2026 academic year, you must submit a request using the form (note: one request per course), indicating the track you are currently enrolled in and the course(s) you wish to enroll in, specifying the PL group(s) you are interested in (we recommend that you list more than one option).

DATES: July 18–22, 2026, and we will process applications before the start of the school year in September, in the order in which they are received. You can access the form here

Below, we’ll discuss a few considerations:

  • Being enrolled in the Project Management course alone does NOT qualify you for a major.
  • If you weren’t enrolled in a track last year and there are no openings left in the track you want to take, you’ll have to enroll in a different track and apply to switch tracks in January.

MASTER’S PROGRAM PRE-REGISTRATION, PHASE 3 (only for master’s programs with available spots):

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: from July 28 to August 8, 2026, and from August 25 to September 5, 2026

DEADLINE FOR ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS: September 8, 2026

PUBLICATION OF RESULTS: September 12, 2026

CHANGING GROUPS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER AND ANNUAL CHANGES

DEADLINES

For Semester A and year-long courses in the Bachelor’s and Dual Bachelor’s programs in Business Administration and Information Technology (ADE+INF):

  • First installment:
    • Applications: July 22 through September 2, 2026.
    • Resolution: through September 8, 2026.
  • Second deadline:
    • Applications: September 9–10, 2026.
    • Resolution: through September 15, 2026.

On an exceptional basis and upon the recommendation of the program’s Academic Committee, requests for credit transfer submitted after this date may be considered
