In Spain, EU citizens are covered by a standard insurance (E-128, E-111 or Tarjeta Sanitaria) that students must obtain before leaving their country.
There are other countries outside the European Union with which Spain has a health agreement, in these cases it is advisable to consult the Spanish Embassy for more information.
If you come from a country with which there is no agreement, you can take out private health insurance with coverage in Spain. The price is very variable depending on the options that are contracted. The Universidad Politécnica de Valencia does not intervene or provide services for the purpose of processing this insurance.
