The women’s mentorship program organized by MECUSA the women and science commission of ECUSA (Association of Spanish Scientists in the USA), funded by the Ramón Areces Foundation, aims to help young women scientists who are in their final years of their thesis to learn about different career opportunities in the field of science and technology in the USA through information sessions with Spanish professionals working in different fields of science and technology in the USA.

We have mentors who work in science communication, academia, biotechnology industry, government regulation and science diplomacy.
