In the framework of the Spanish-French bilateral cooperation, the Embassy of France once again sign its commitment to scientific research by convening its two programs aimed at strengthening the scientific links between our countries.
On the one hand, it is convened the mobility grants for research stays in France exclusively addressed to doctoral students or postdoctoral researchers enrolled in a Spanish higher education or research center. These mobilities, of two weeks or one month duration with an endowment of €925 or €1,850 respectively, are intended to be carried out during the second semester of 2026. It is required not to have French nationality.
On the other hand, we have agrant program for confirmed researchers that provides grants of 1.000€ per project in the framework of Spanish-French cooperation. The grant is modulable and can be used for the publication of scientific articles, the purchase of material, the mobility of researchers or the organization of academic events such as seminars and conferences.
Both calls focus on strategic areas: health, space, quantum, artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence, circular economy, energy, climate, electronics, packaging and the fight against disinformation, including human and social sciences related to these topics.
The application deadline for all two programs will be open from February 18 until March 9, 2026.
