Teaching staff of the Faculty of Fine Arts.

Research staff authorised by the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Drawing Department or the Fine Arts Library.

We agree to

Deal with your request within a maximum period of 15 working days.

Provide a specific space for consultation at the Fine Arts Library:

The depository or the study booths at the Fine Arts Library, a maximum of three people permitted at any one time.

The Teaching Activities Area at the Fine Arts Library, where the requesting professor may borrow the copies from the collection and must then return them to the depository.

Responsibility of the applicant

Responsible and reasonable use of the copies from the Artists’ Books collection.

Use of gloves or hand protection for handling artists’ books.

The artists’ books shall not be taken out of the Fine Arts Library, except in exceptional circumstances and with the approval of the person in charge of the collection.

Office hours

Working days, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 2pm.
