The Governing Council of the Universitat Politècnica de València, in a session held on March 9, 2023, has approved the 2022 Environmental Statement, the2023 Environmental Plan, and the new Sustainable Mobility Strategic Plan 2023-2027.
The 2022 Environmental Statement and the 2023 Environmental Plan are periodic documents established by UPV’s environmental management system and are developed in order to comply with current environmental management certifications and seals. The environmental statement gathers the data on what has been achieved and happened in the university in environmental matters, while the environmental plan sets the objectives and goals for the following year.

Concerning sustainable mobility on UPV campuses, the new strategic plan is a five-year instrument integrated into the SIRVE strategic plan. The project will also form part of the institution’s future decarbonization plan.
