The ETSINF day seeks to promote a diverse, inclusive and enriching environment for the entire university community.
The Escola Tècnica Superior d’ Enginyeria Informàtica (ETSINF) of the Universitat Politècnica de València held a welcome event last Friday, 5 September, dedicated to the academic exchange students joining this academic year.
The day began at 9:30 a.m. in the hall of building 1E, where the initial welcome took place. Students received their arrival certificates along with commemorative school merchandise.
At 9:30 a.m., the official registration process was carried out, allowing students to complete their first administrative procedures and obtain essential information to support their academic and social integration at the university.
Later, at 10:30 a.m., the main information session was held. The ETSINF International Relations team gave an overview of how the school operates, the resources available to international students and the academic and personal support services offered.
Once the presentation was over, group dynamics and activities were organized with the aim of facilitating the first contact between the new students and fostering an atmosphere of fellowship. To close the day with a local touch, the Student Services offered a tasting of horchata granizada accompanied by traditional fartons, which were warmly welcomed by all attendees.
