The Work Placement Unit (hereinafter UPE) of the Higher Technical School of Building Engineering (hereinafter ETSIE) aims to promote, in collaboration with the Integrated Employment Service (hereinafter SIE) of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (hereinafter UPV), university-industry cooperation as a complement to students’ education.
To this end, the following activities are carried out:
· Management of Internships at Companies Through Educational Partnership Agreements.
· Information and guidance for students regarding internships at companies.
· Information and guidance for companies seeking interns.
· Dissemination and promotion of educational cooperation agreements, as well as other forms of collaboration with businesses and institutions.
The UPE at ETSIE has implemented a Quality Management System certified by AENOR in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
