To reserve classrooms or labs, please email the request form to espacios-etsie@upv.es. If you wish to reserve the Aula Magna, Salón de Grados, Sala de Juntas, ETSIE Hall, or Exhibition Hall, or if the event is a cultural activity, please submit the request form and a description of the planned activity to cultura_etsie@upv.es. You will receive authorization, if applicable, via email as soon as possible.
Once they have finished using the space, they agree to leave it in the same condition as it was when they arrived.

Staff Not Affiliated with ETSIE
ETSIE facilities may be requested by other entities and departments within the UPV or outside it, on an exceptional and justified basis. The use of these spaces entails costs associated with maintaining the infrastructure (furniture, buildings, and audiovisual equipment), which are borne by the ETSIE. Requests for use must be submitted via email to cultura_etsie@upv.es, which must specify the reasons for the request. The authorization will take into account the availability of the spaces and ensure that they are not used repeatedly.
