The Housing Observatory Chair is a research and innovation initiative of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) affiliated with the Higher Technical School of Building Engineering. Its primary objective is to conduct an objective, scientific, and public analysis of the real estate market in Valencia and its metropolitan area.
Through direct data collection and the application of machine learning methodologies (machine learning), the department studies the relationship between supply and demand to anticipate imbalances, identify housing needs, and detect market saturation.
