| CALL FOR PROPOSALS GVA INVESTIGO 2023 PROGRAM |
| According toResolution of March 29, 2023 of the Conselleria de Innovación, Universidades, Investigación, y Sociedad (Regional Ministry of Innovation, Universities, Research, and Society) calls for the subsidies of the “Programa investigo”, for the hiring of young job seekers in the implementation of research and innovation initiatives in the Comunitat Valenciana, for its execution in 2023. |
| OBJECTIVE AND ALLOCATION |
| Up to 5 contracts per application will be financed, covering salary and labor costs, including Social Security. Plus €1,000 in travel expenses, if the person hired resides in a different province from where they are going to perform their job position.the contracts will have a duration of between 12 and 24 months. Module A (Social Security contribution groups 9 to 5, both inclusive): The module will amount to 22,405.94 euros per person hired and year of hiring. Module B (Social Security contribution groups 4 to 1, both inclusive): The module will amount to 33,108.92 euros per person hired and year of hiring. Consult the document1. | REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS |
| between 16-30 years old unemployed and registered as job seekers, at the time the contractual relationship begins, persons who have held any type of research position in the same entity within the immediately preceding 6 months may not be hired. |
| PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS |
| Proposals should preferably focus on the themes established in the regulatory bases: initiatives related to health, ecological transition and green economy (renewable energies, energy efficiency, water and waste treatment and agri-food industry), digitization of services and data engineering or science data, as well as any research project aimed at social, cultural, artistic or any other field of study.each coordinator may submit a proposal for up to 5 contracts. |
| DOCUMENTATION TO BE ENCLOSED WITH THE APPLICATION |
| Certain documentation must be uploaded along with the application:1-Program or action report(signed by the responsible coordinator). It is important that the report refers to those research projects carried out by the group in which the contracted persons are integrated and in which the contracted persons are going to participate.2-Authorizations and declarations (signature of the legal representative of the entity)WILL BE SENT FROM SGI TO CONSELLERIA AT A LATER DATE.3-Responsible statement of absence of conflict of interest(signed by the legal representative of the entity).4-Responsible statement of environmental objectives – DNSH(signed by the legal representative of the entity).5-Declaration of commitment in relation to PRTR actions.(signed by the legal representative of the entity).6-Declaration of commitment in relation to PRTR actions(signature of the responsible coordinator).7-Transfer and processing of data(signed by the legal representative of the entity).8-Measures implemented by the entity(signed by the legal representative of the entity).9-ITICS statistical information on the coordinator responsible for the action(Excel spreadsheet). |
| UPV PROCEDURE |
| 1. On 18/04/2023, 10:00 am, the coordinator (IP) responsible for the application has to: a) Fill in the form https://forms.gle/WiVL2Y9rS3KWt3GK7 , andb) Send us the completed and signedResponsible declaration(available on the SGI intranet)2. The SGI will send to the contact address indicated in the form, documents 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 with the signature of the Legal Representative of the UPV, before the closing date of the call (24/04/2023).3. The coordinator submits the application.4. ayudasrrhh@sgi.upv.esno later than 04/25/2023, 10:00 am, the following documentation:Proof of registration of the application Proposed grant application signature Co-financing commitmentonly in the case that the report has indicated the contribution of the beneficiary entity (to be paid by the applicant research structures);Program or action report (Remember that you can obtain the documents: Responsible declaration, Proposal of application signature and Commitment of co-financing on theSGI intranetbeing validated)5. Once all the applications submitted by the UPV are known, document 2 (Authorizations and Declarations) will be sent to the Conselleria, authorizing all the applications that meet the requirements established in the call for applications. |
| DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS |
| The proposal will be submitted electronically by the person coordinating each action, through the Electronic Headquarters of the Conselleria.https://www.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=22166 The deadline for the completion and signature by the participant of the electronic application form at the GVA headquarters will open onApril 4 and will end on April 24, 2023. |
