The School of Computer Engineering of the Universitat Politècnica de València celebrates this yearThursday, May 28, 2026a new edition of theETSINF Project FairThis meeting will provide an opportunity to learn about the work carried out by students in key areas such as therobotics and thedata science.
In thisX edition are presented65 projectsof which35 are associated with robotics y30 to data science. The development of this project has involved the participation of close to300 students of subjects related to theDegree in Industrial Informatics and Robotics and to theDegree in Data Science.
Due to the large number of projects submitted, the exhibition has been organized intotwo shifts. The first will take place from9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and the second, from12:00 to 14:00 hours. In both shifts it will be possible to visit both robotics and data science projects. In the block ofroboticsThe students will show proposals oriented to automation, intelligent industry and the development of robotic solutions applied to different contexts. Among the projects planned are works related to selective sorting, automation of processes in data centers, logistics, industrial production, packaging, welding, warehouse management or automation in sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals or energy. The diversity of proposals allows us to see how robotics can contribute to improving real processes through autonomous systems, sensors, control, hardware-software integration and efficiency-oriented solutions.
For its part, the block ofdata science will bring together projects that apply data analysis, modeling and visualization to a wide range of challenges. The proposals address areas such as mobility, sports, health, economy, sustainability, pollution, disinformation, restoration, prediction of phenomena or data-driven decision making. Through these works, students show the potential of data science to extract useful knowledge, detect patterns, anticipate behaviors and generate solutions applicable to social, business and technological problems.
The celebration of this edition also counts with the collaboration of different entities that make possible the development of the fair. Together with the UPV and the ETSINF, the following entities participate as collaborating entitiesHP, Edicom, NTT DATA, Stadler, Syntech, Power Electronics, Cátedras Telefónica and F1 Connectingwhose support contributes to promoting a meeting point between university talent, technological innovation and the real needs of the sector.
