The time limit for filing theappeal for reconsiderationwill end on May 13.
Interested parties may file the aforementioned appeal for reconsideration through the Electronic Headquarters of the Universitat Politècnica de València (at the link below), at the General Registry of the University at the Vera Campus (by appointment) or at the Auxiliary Registries of the Gandía and Alcoy Campuses, as well as in the places provided in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, or file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the National Court, in accordance with the provisions of Article 11.1 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, 1998, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, and Article 66 of Organic Law 6/1985, of July 1, 1985, within two months from the day following the date of its publication, in accordance with the provisions of Article 46.1 of the aforementioned Law 29/1998.
