You bring the coffee; we bring the expertise

Everything you need to know before you start
How do I register?
Click an activity in the timetable, check availability and select “Register for the workshop”. Enter your name and email address in the system. If the group is full, the same registration will add you to the waiting list. For Faculty 1-to-1, also select the specific date.
What does my circuit include?
Your semester circuit consists of one Speaking Hub and one additional activity of your choice.
How long does my registration last?
Both registrations remain active throughout the semester unless you request withdrawal or Centro de Lenguas processes it because the attendance rules have not been met.
Does Faculty 1-to-1 count towards the limit?
No. Faculty 1-to-1 is an additional option for PDI. Each booking applies to a specific date and time slot, with a maximum of 5 places available.
Does Insight Box count towards the limit?
No. Insight Box activities are additional, and you can take part in them alongside your Speaking Hub and your other activity.
How do I book Faculty 1-to-1?
Open a Faculty time slot in the timetable and select the specific date in the booking system. Each time slot allows a maximum of 5 people. You will need to make a new booking for a different date.
What should I do if I cannot attend the next session?
Go to “My activities” and use “I won’t be able to attend the next session”. The notice applies only to that date and your semester registration will remain active.
What happens if I miss two sessions without justification?
Two consecutive unjustified absences may result in manual withdrawal to free up the place. Centro de Lenguas will review the case before processing it.
How do I change Speaking Hub or activity?
First withdraw from your current registration, then register for the new option, provided places are available.
What happens if the group is full?
You can join the waiting list. When a place becomes available, the system will offer places according to the recorded order.
How do I cancel a Faculty 1-to-1 booking?
Access “My activities” using the same email address as the booking, locate the date and cancel only that session. Your semester registrations will not be affected.
Share what you know and help others communicate better
We are looking for proactive, curious people who want to take part in a multilingual community. You can help facilitate activities, support participants, propose challenges, share knowledge or help create new spaces for connection.
You do not need to have everything prepared. Tell us what you can do, which language you would like to share or what activity you would like to launch.
You suggest something useful or needed by your group or community, and we make it happen
Would you like to learn something specific or teach something you know well in another language? If you have a creative idea or a specific need, we will design the next workshop together.
