Study with Alcoi
Study with Alcoi is a focused extension of the Study with us experience, created around a visit to the UPV Campus of Alcoi. It is not the full multi-week Study with us program: it is a separate, compact experience with a curated selection of academic activities, workshops and campus visits.
Technology, industry and heritage in a distinctive campus setting
The experience connects selected S · Te · H · AI · M tracks with Alcoi’s industrial identity and the academic environment of its UPV campus. Activities will be limited and specially selected for this location, giving participants a closer and more focused campus experience.
Pilot Experience · January 2027
We are launching a one-week pilot experience open to individual students. Participants will combine one academic course with workshops, practical activities and visits, while helping us test and shape this new Study with us format.
How pre-registration works
Submit your preferences
Rank the proposed S · Te · H · AI · M courses in order of preference.
Minimum groups are checked
Up to five courses are planned. Only activities reaching the minimum of 5 students will be confirmed.
Receive confirmation
When pre-registration closes, we will notify you of the confirmed course and available place.
Complete payment
The payment platform will open only after your place and the final academic offer are confirmed.

Before you apply
Can I apply as an individual student?
Individual applications are currently available for the January 2027 Pilot Experience. The regular Study with us programme is organised through partner institutions.
Is my preferred pilot course guaranteed?
No. Up to five courses are planned, but each activity needs at least five students. The pre-registration form will ask you to rank your preferences so another option can be considered when your first choice is not confirmed.
When do I pay the €800 fee?
Payment is requested only after the pre-registration period closes and your course, place and final academic offer have been confirmed.
What is included in the pilot fee?
The fee includes the academic course, workshops, practical activities, visits, on-site coordination and 3 ECTS where applicable. Travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, visa procedures and personal expenses are not included.
How do institutions request the regular programme?
Partner universities can use the experience configurator as an exploratory tool and then contact the Study with us team to confirm dates, group size, format, courses and academic requirements.
