The Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial, IVACE) has recently awarded two aids to the Universitat Politècnica de València within the Program for the Rehabilitation of Existing Buildings (PREE-IDAE). Both aids cover 40% of the investments in buildings 7A and 7G on the Vera campus.
In the case of building 7A, which houses the Department of Statistics and Applied Operational Research and Quality, the Department of Applied Mathematics, the Information and Communications Systems Area and spaces of the Senior University, improvements will be made in the HVAC installations in addition to repairs to the building envelope.
Building 7G, which houses the Department of Animal Science and the University Institute of Animal Science and Technology, will renovate the air conditioning installation.
