Attention and information

The Communication Area manages the attention to the public by telephone, in person and telematically. General information questions about the Universitat Politècnica de València, the studies it offers, the services it provides, etc. are answered and the appropriate services or departments are oriented and referred according to the query. This service is aimed at society in general and the university community. The UPV also has customer service through WhatsApp and on the web with the PoliConsulta service. All this is offered in Spanish, Valencian and English.

On-site service

The UPV’s on-site service point is located in building 2E. The opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, except during vacations.

The UPV has a WhatsApp channel to resolve general information queries from the general public or the university community. It allows an agile and accessible communication to solve any doubt, obtain details about academic programs or help in pre-registration and enrollment periods.

Through the web, we offer the PoliConsultation service, which is a platform online to manage and attend to users’ queries at any time and from anywhere. The objective is to avoid unnecessary trips and queues, and that the user has all the information about the status of their communications.
