The city of Valencia is considered one of the 100 best university destinations in the world. This is according to the QS Best Student Cities ranking, which classifies the city as affordable and desirable.
With this in mind, the City Council, through the Visit Valencia Foundation, brought together all the public and private universities, study centres, Spanish academies, student residences and the entire business network related to studying in order to join forces and promote the city.
This is how the “Study in Valencia” initiative was born three years ago, with the aim of promoting the advantages of choosing the capital of the Turia River as a destination for international students.
At that time, the UPV’s Communication Area assumed the presidency of this tourist product and, in coordination with all those involved, carried out actions to show that Valencia is the best option for its quality of life, its weather, the safety of its roads, the price of housing, its geographical location, its international connections… all advantages.
