Seminaraimed at teachers who already teach in English or plan to do so.. The objective is to address one of the main challenges of teaching in English (EMI): how to balance disciplinary content with the different language proficiency levels of students, a key aspect for teaching effectiveness and learning outcomes.
During the session, issues such as:
- theacademic discourse management in English,
- the development of thespecific vocabulary of each discipline,
- the improvement of theclarity and efficiency in academic presentations,
- and the importance ofcultural awareness in diverse classrooms.
Through practical examples and guided activities, participants will acquire strategies to strengthen their academic communication, improve clarity in their lectures and presentations, and create more inclusive and effective learning environments.
