REGULATIONS
Article 5. Part-time dedication regime.
1. Part-time students will have their annual enrollment limited to a maximum of 40 and a minimum of 18 ECTS credits.
2. The regime of part-time dedication must be justified annually, being causes of justification, among others, those related to work activity, high-level sports practice, special educational needs, family responsibilities, student representation work, participation in groups of Spontaneous Generation, economic issues, simultaneity with other studies or any other of similar consideration that hinder the exclusive dedication to full-time study.

Students will apply for part-time enrollment from their first day of enrollment.intranet in the section Virtual Secretariat/Applications/Application for part-time registrationThe applicant must attach a scanned copy of the documentation that accredits the reasons for the request.
Documentation to be provided:
- For labor activity: Certificate from the company specifying the dates of the duration of the employment contract and the working day schedule, employment contract and employment report.
- High level sports practice: Photocopy of the Resolution of the BOE and the DOCV (Official Gazette of the Valencian Community) where the appointment is recorded.
- Special educational needs, family responsibilities, student representation work, participation in Spontaneous Generation groups, economic issues, simultaneity with other studies or any other of similar consideration that hinder the exclusive dedication to full-time study: Certificate issued by the competent authority attesting to this condition or other supporting documentation.

REGULATIONS
Article 13. Monitoring of teaching activities.
8. To facilitate the monitoring of face-to-face teaching activities, students may request a change of group, in one or more subjects, using the form provided for this purpose on the intranet. This request must state the reasons for the same and may be made during the period established by the Structure Responsible for the Degree. The Structure Responsible for the Degree will resolve the request by means of objective criteria that will be made public. The resolution period will be ten working days from the end of the application period.
PROCEDURE
In your request you must state the reasons for your request and, where possible, you must attach supporting documentation.
You have an explanatory document to make the request, being able to request several options using the blocks.
It is not necessary to provide originals of the documentation submitted, unless expressly requested by the study center.
DEADLINES
Semester A and yearly subjects of Bachelor’s Degrees and Double Degree ADE+INF:
- First installment: July 22 to September 2, 2025.
- Second installment: September 9 to 10, 2025
Subjects of the B semester of Grades:
- First installment: January 19 to 26, 2026
- Second installment: February 2 to 3, 2026
At the end of the term, the Head of Studies reviews the applications and the Academic Committee of the Degree (CAT) resolves before the second term. The application will be resolved following the order of enrollment and duly justified causes, provided that there are places available.

- Be enrolled in one of the specific technology modules and wish to change to another.
- Not being enrolled in a specific technology module and wishing to enroll in one of them, provided that the enrollment does not exceed 60 ECTS.
- To be enrolled in one of the specific technology modules and wish to extend subjects of that module, as long as the enrollment does not exceed 60 ECTS.

DEADLINES
- Submission of applications: July 15 to 16, 2025.
- Ex officio termination: July 17, 2025.In the event that the student does not make this request within the established term or if, once the request is made, it is rejected, the student will be automatically disassociated from the studies in which he/she is enrolled for one academic year.
- Resolution and notification: until July 25, 2025.
RE-ENTRY
APPLICATIONS FOR RE-ENTRY INTO THE DEGREE PROGRAM
Students who have been withdrawn from a degree may request the Permanence and Curriculum Evaluation Committee for reinstatement in the same studies after one academic year of withdrawal.
SUBMISSION OF STUDENT APPLICATIONS
General deadline: June 2 to June 30, 2025.
RESOLUTION AND NOTIFICATION
General deadline: until July 11, 2025.
Outside these deadlines, exceptionally and at the discretion of the competent body, requests for reinstatement of students may be met and resolved. Enrollment will be conditioned to the reinstatement resolution being prior to the beginning of the semester, and when necessary, adequate compliance with the conditions of progress must be guaranteed by establishing the most appropriate enrollment plan for the student’s academic situation.
In the event that the application for reinstatement has been denied, the interested party may not submit a new application until another academic year has elapsed.

It is done electronically from the student’s intranet in the section Virtual Secretary’s Office/Applications/Application for Exemption from Class Attendance and the supporting documents of the alleged causes are uploaded in pdf format.
DOCUMENTATION TO BE PROVIDED:
- Work activity: the work life report and employment contract, including working hours and contracting period, shall be uploaded to the application.
- Family situation: supporting documentation will be uploaded (family book, etc.).
- Sports activity: the BOE or DOGV where the student is included in the case of elite athletes will be uploaded.
- Illness: supporting medical certificates will be uploaded.
- Student Representation: certificate issued by the Vice-rectorate for Students and Entrepreneurship.
- Others: difficulties or impossibility of attendance, supervening cause, etc.
In no case will waivers be approved retroactively. The waiver applies as of the time the request is submitted. For periods of less than 14 school days, no waiver will be requested.
