ADAPTATION TO BACHELOR’S AND MASTER’S DEGREE STUDIES

Aimed at students of degrees in cycles that have already expired or degrees with modified or expiring curricula.

SUBMISSION OF STUDENT APPLICATIONS

From June 30 to July 4, 2025.

RESOLUTION AND NOTIFICATION

Until July 18, 2025.

UNDERGRADUATE AND MASTER’S DEGREE ENROLLMENT

GRADE

INCOMING STUDENTS:

  • Admitted in pre-registration: July 15 and 16, 2025. (estimated dates)

You can access Automatrícula from the date/time of citation until 23:59 on July 16.

  • Admitted for Continuing StudiesJuly 28, 2025.

OLD STUDENTSGeneral deadline: July 17 to 21, 2025.

  • Students who have been authorized to re-enter the degree program: July 28, 2025.
  • Students who request exemption to the permanence regulations and obtain authorization to enroll: As of July 28, 2025.

MASTER

NEW STUDENTS (PHASE 3): from July 31 to August 8, 2025.

Exclusively for students who meet the requirements set forth in the regulations. In all periods, students may request extraordinary evaluation acts for first semester, second semester and annual subjects.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FROM UNDERGRADUATE AND MASTER’S DEGREE STUDENTS

General deadline: July 15 to 16, 2025.

AUTOMATIC DISCONNECTION

Dismissal of students who do not submit a request to continue their studies by the established deadline: July 17, 2025.

RESOLUTION AND NOTIFICATION

General deadline: until July 25, 2025.

REQUESTS FOR EXEMPTION FROM PROGRESS REQUIREMENTS

PRESENTATION OF STUDENT APPLICATIONS:

GRADE

  • New students: July 15 and 16, 2025
  • Old students: from 21 to 23 July 2025

MASTER

  • Old students: from July 21 to July 23, 2025.
  • New students: July 24 and 25, 2025.

PROBLEMS WITH ENROLLMENT IN BRANCH COURSES

If when you go to register for the academic year 2025/2026 you detect that there are no places left in any subject/s of the branch you are studying in the academic year 2024/2025, you must send us a request by means of a form (one request per subject), indicating the branch you are studying and the subject/s you want to register for, indicating the PL group/s you are interested in (we advise you to put more than one option).

DEADLINES:del July 18 to 22, 2025,and will be resolved before the beginning of the school year in September and in order of enrollment.

Here are some considerations:

Enrolling only in the Project Management course does NOT entitle you to a branch.

If you were not doing a branch last year and there are no places left in the branch you want to study, you will have to enroll in another branch and apply for a change of branch in January.

PHASE 3 MASTERS PRE-REGISTRATION (only for masters with vacancies)

RESOLUTION AND NOTIFICATION BACHELOR’S AND MASTER’S DEGREE

General deadline: until November 28, 2025.

Exceptionally and at the proposal of the Academic Committee of the degree, requests for transfer of credits after this date may be accepted.
