Service requests and computer incidents

Notify your queries, incidents or requests through the customer service tool.Gregal-.

Incidents will be resolved using remote control tools and telephone communication. If it is not possible to resolve the incident remotely, the user must take the equipment to the IT service located on the second floor of the 3P building.

Remote Support

Use the connection code provided by the IT staff to perform the remote assistance.

POLI[LABS]

Poli[Labs] is the UPV service that allows us to connect from any device (Windows, Linux, MacOS, IOS and Android) to a virtual desktop or application. PoliLabs is accessible from any device on the Internet in a secure way.
