From June 18 to 21, 2026, the Aula de Artes Escénicas of the UPV will premiere the play “The Play “.L’inheritance dels Abat“at Teatro Círculo Benimaclet. Directed by Marc Brell i López and produced by the Aula, the performance closes the academic year 2025-2026 of the training.

Argument:
In the heart of a noble family in decline, the death of the patriarch forces them to confront not only the distribution of an inheritance, but also the weight of a legacy made of names, privileges and ancient hierarchies. While tensions, alliances and hidden ambitions surface, two investigators arrive to clarify some apparently natural facts and end up observing how certainties crumble. Between inherited values and uncomfortable truths, what is at stake is perhaps not only what is received… but what is really left behind.
