Registration is now open for the Electronic Music Workshop. This is a training program aimed at all those interested in contemporary electronic music, regardless of their previous level.
The course proposes a tour of the theoretical and practical. The course will allow students to understand the fundamentals of today’s electronic music and the sociocultural contexts in which its main currents and scenes emerge. Throughout the workshop we will analyze the characteristic elements of different styles and movements with special attention to critical listening and audiovisual analysis.
One of the central axes of the training will be the practical application of the concepts studied by using the software Ableton and complementary tools, thus facilitating the contextualization of creative practices within the contemporary musical panorama.
