In recent years the concept of Historical Memory and / or Democratic Memory is having more and more presence in our society. From the BBAA Library there have already been several actions carried out in this direction with the organization of talks, conferences and exhibitions that have to do with this objective of defending and giving visibility to the history of the victims for so many years (Fosas de Paterna, María La Jabalina, Memoria de la Retirada, Perpetrator-oris, etc.). In this case the objective is to make visible the trajectory of the AGLA (Agrupación Guerrillera de Levante y Aragón), an organization that fought against Franco’s regime in the 40s and 50s. The maquis and the links, mostly women, have been forgotten and slandered for years and therefore deserve public recognition.
