For doctoral students, mobility represents a predoctoral research visit to another university to complete any of the development stages of the thesis.

A visit must always have the prior approval of the thesis supervisor and the academic committee of the doctoral programme.

At the end of the research visit, a student may request recognition of the visit as a specific activity.

The specific objectives of mobility for doctoral students are:

• Internationalisation of the researcher.
• Encourage cooperation between universities and enrichment of the environment of the student and research group.
• Contribute to creating a community of researchers.
• Recognition for specific activities in the research plan.
• Possibility of adding a distinction to the doctorate degree (international mention, co-authorship, joint supervision and double degree).
