The TRS and ASS of the Universitat Politècnica de Valencia can borrow up to a maximum of 30 documents. The loan period is 15 days for books and 7 for films and journals, as long as these are not reserved, in which case the term is shortened by 3 days.
Delays in the return will be a one-day penalty per day of delay for each of the items from the date of return.
You can renew a document up to a maximum of 4 months’ time (2 months in the case of films and journals), provided they do not have any reservation and that you are not sanctioned or are in possession of any overdue documents. Renewals are done through PoliBuscador> My library> Loans> Renew.
If a document is on loan, a reservation can be made. The Library will send an email to the person concerned when the book becomes available. The deadline for collection at the Library desk is two business days.
In addition, the ASS and TRS have the possibility of making a reservation through PoliBuscador of a copy available in any Library of the Vera, Gandia or Alcoi Campuses and request the Library for collection they prefer.
Those books located in the Store Room must be reserved even if they are not on loan. In general, they are given out during the day; when they are available for collection the user will receive an email informing to go to the loan desk, as in the case of reservations.

Teaching and research staff can loan during the academic year (until 30 June). They must present this request form to the Library holding the collections. The authorization of the loan will be subject to criteria such as number of copies, number of uses, etc.
This loan can also be authorized for staff attached to other entities, such as UPV Services.
Most UPV libraries have study cabins for group work (minimum 2 persons).
To use a cabin, just go to the desk at the corresponding Library. In this link you will find more information about available spaces for group work.
The Multipurpose Room (first floor) at the Central Library has a workshop classroom, a space with technological resources for teaching staff to use in talks, training workshops for students, videoconferences, etc.
