What is it?
The NDA is a legal document that guarantees that the information shared between the parties during a negotiation will be kept confidential and cannot be used or disclosed without permission.
It is used to protect results, proposals, processes or strategic data before signing a subsequent contract.

Who signs it?
The Responsible Professor on behalf of the UPV, in accordance with Article 160 of the UPV Statutes and the UPV Regulations for the Protection and Transfer of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights.
What if the other party wants to use a different model than the UPV?
