What is Explora IPR?

“Explora IPR” is an application that you can find on your intranet, in the research section, and in which you can consult the file of the patents of which you are the inventor, as well as those of which a member of your Research Structure is the scientific interlocutor, in case you are the Director of a Research Structure. The public search engine “Explora R+D+i UPV” section shows, for patents, only a commercial abstract and an access to the external database ESPACENET, where the text can be downloaded. With “Explora IPR” you can consult, privately, their application/concession/abandonment status, both nationally and internationally.

You can also consult the status of the software dossier, as well as the capabilities, whose summaries are displayed in the public search engine. The tool also allows you to delegate this consultation to a manager or another UPV person, both in your role as Director and as inventor/author.

What kind of documents can I find?

In “Explora IPR” you will be able to find all the documents related to the management of the results in which you participate as author/inventor, from the communication of the results to the granting, license agreements, etc.

If I need a Certificate of Intellectual Property Assets, where can I find it?

In the Senia application you can find this type of certificates, in the following path:

Intranet > Senia > Listings > Research Certificates Certificate of intellectual and industrial property assets and Certificate of income from licensing contracts.
