The Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), through the Food Research & Engineering Institute (FoodUPV), has opened the pre-registration period for its two official graduate programs in the food sector: the Master’s Degree in Food Science and Engineering (MUCIA) and the Master’s Degree in Food Safety and Quality Management (MUGSCA).
The pre-registration period will be open June 15–26 in 2026, offering interested individuals the opportunity to join two leading programs focused on specialization and employability in the food industry.
These master’s programs are designed to train highly qualified professionals capable of addressing the current challenges facing the agri-food sector, which is driven by innovation, sustainability, and growing demands for food quality and safety.
