The objective of the call is to transparently and efficiently (both in the process and in the resolution) allocate ICT resources to change projects that add value in the most efficient way, ensuring alignment with the strategic needs of the university.
At the same time, it is intended to facilitate the deployment of good project management practices that help to increase the number of successful projects (providing public value to the organization and the user).
This call is the continuation of the DPM-PMO Portfolio that was launched in 2023. Those projects that were presented in the 2023 Portfolio and were not carried out due to lack of resources or planning problems.WILL NOT BE NECESSARY If they are reapplied for, ASIC will contact the applicant to confirm if they are still interested in continuing with the project.
