Thanks to@UPV,@DOE,@VPT, y@Dadelos Charter on June 16, 2022 took place in an outdoor event for reinforcement of project teams. I have tried to “land” what I observed during the activity of one of the crews to take it to the day-to-day field of the projects in which I participate (many of them in the UPV; in all of them influencing, whether I lead formally, as if I influence from a less prominent role). I share with you some reflections that I hope will serve as lessons learned from the activity.
