Draw science at Christmas

The tenth edition of the “Draw Science at Christmas” contest already has winners

Women scientists, researchers, engineers… The future of science has met this Tuesday at the Universitat Politécnica de València.

Celia, Daniel, Carmela, Abril, Martina, Siena, Gerard, and Odett are the winners of Draw Science at Christmas, the UPV drawing contest to promote the approach of children to science and technology.

In a ceremony presided over by the rector of the UPV, Jose E. Capilla, they received, in addition to the diplomas, a book, an educational toy, and tickets to go to the movies. An incentive for those who, for sure, will be part, very soon, of the history of the UPV.

The “Draw Science at Christmas” contest is aimed at the sons and daughters of UPV staff and students between the ages of 3 and 14.

Draw Science at Christmas is organized by the Communication Area-Unit of Scientific Culture and Innovation (UCC+i) of the Universitat Politècnica de Valencia with the support of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) of the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
