The Vice-Rectorate for Internationalization and Communication is in charge of the communication policy and institutional image, as well as the implementation and establishment of internationalization and development cooperation policies and the management of international exchange programs of the Universitat Politècnica de València.

It is responsible for international relations, particularly in relation to establishing relations with foreign institutions of higher education for the realization of academic, scientific, or management activities and international mobility, the promotion and promotion of international mobility of the university community, and international development cooperation. It is also responsible for internal and external communication and institutional image and public relations of the Universitat Politècnica de València in coordination with the Rector’s Office, including managing social networks and institutional websites.

The Vice-Rectorate for Internationalization and Communication is entrusted with the following functions:

– Promote the internationalization of the Universitat Politècnica de València, including international staff training.
– Encourage, promote and foster the participation of university community members (teaching and research staff, administration and services staff, and students) in academic exchange and national/international mobility programs.
– To coordinate the actions to support the internationalization of the Valencian University System.
– Establish international collaboration networks.
– Coordinate the ENHANCE European Universities Program.
– Organize, facilitate and develop the administrative processes for student mobility between Spanish and foreign universities.
– Coordinate and monitor international programs in which the Universitat Politècnica de València is involved.
– To carry out the economic-administrative management of the Vice-Rectorate’s expenditure budget, as well as the development of Postgraduate Programs or International Inter-University Collaboration Projects, and in all matters under the responsibility of the Vice-Rectorate.
– To lead the management of communication (internal and external), institutional image, and public relations policies of the Universitat Politècnica de València, including the management of social networks and the institutional website.
– Coordinate the information policy and relations of the Universitat Politècnica de València with the media.
– To disseminate and give international projection to the educational offer of the Universitat Politècnica de València.
– Define and implement student recruitment policies.
– To manage the institutional relations of the Universitat Politècnica de València with public and private institutions.
– Coordinate linguistic preparation itineraries according to the offer of mobility programs, projects, etc., for administrative and service personnel and teaching and research staff.
