On October 10, 2023, the UPV published in the Public Sector Procurement Platform the file NEXT GENERATION URGENT MY23/SIN/O/52 for the execution of the energy rehabilitation works of the Rectorate roof at the Vera campus.
The planned work includes the roof’s waterproofing to solve the water seepage problems, replacing air conditioning equipment and installing photovoltaic panels for self-consumption, according to the project submitted in April 2022 for grant funding. The performance is integrated into the Program to Promote the Rehabilitation of Public Buildings C02.IO5 (PIREP) and identified as 10F1-3 Edificio Rectorado (2E-3A) Campus Vera UPV, financed with 1,999,104.65 €.
The deadline for submitting proposals will be October 25, 2023.
